2.1 Legal Agreement and Data Use Terms

Partners must accept a binding data use agreement that includes the following clause:

Property owners agree to indemnify RenoWhale Contractors Network for any claims resulting from their use of the platform or disputes with Service Providers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenoWhale Contractors Network's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed any fees paid by the User to RenoWhale Contractors Network.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.

7. Privacy and Data Use

By accessing, using, or interacting with the RenoWhale Contractors Network platform, or by submitting information or purchasing leads, all users (Property Owners and Service Providers) acknowledge and agree to the following non-negotiable terms and conditions:
